Hi I'm Steve an award winning comedy director, writer and creative producer. I know, quite the mouthful. 

 

My debut short film Swiped won the 2019 Silver and Peoples Lovie Award. Go me. It was also nominated for the Edinburgh TV Festival New Voices Award for best pilot, the 1.4 Awards and was an official selection at Palm Springs, Encounters and other Oscar & BAFTA qualifying festivals. I was also commissioned by Channel 4 to write a sitcom pilot based on Swiped. My second short A Mind Full recently premiered on Omeleto and won the British Comedy Guide Pro Talent Award 2023 for directing. So you should totally hire me.

I have a background in acting, improvising and stand up comedianing and have performed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Show, which led to a BBC Radio 4 sitcom pilot. I am a BAFTA Connect 2023 member and recently took part in the UK Directors Lab.
